  1. What can I do if my card is lost or stolen 

    For your client-card, contact one of our customer service agents immediately at

    For your credit card, contact one of our customer service agents immediately at
    514-281-3159 (Greater Montreal area or collect) or 1 800 361-0070 (Canada or US) 24/7.

  2. How can I request to stop a payment online?

    You can make a stop payment request through our Internet Banking Solutions, you will find this option under the Online applications tab in the Available services section. This option is also available on your mobile app.

  3. How can I order cheques?

    You can find the online cheque order option by clicking on the Online Applications tab. Simply click on Order personal cheques and complete the form. You can choose to have the cheques delivered to your home or your branch. This option is also available on your mobile app.


  4. How can I apply for a credit limit increase?

    You can apply for your Mastercard limit increase throught our Internet Banking Solutions. Simply click on the Online Applications tab and you will find the Credit limit increase option in the Credit Cards section.

  5. How can I change my address or my phone number online?

    You can update your address and/or phone number through the Internet Banking Solutions service, if you are registered. As a member, you can fill out the Change your mailing address form in the Profile section of your statement page and we will be able to process your request. The form allows us to know if you hold products with any of our subsidiaries in order to notify all the concerned departments.
